Our role
Far Infrared Amethyst Mat Sourcing
We are an independent sourcing partner helping US business buyers describe mat requirements, contact candidate factories and compare the scope of their responses. Our service identity is separate from the manufacturer of any proposed product. The catalog introduces inquiry configurations; it is not a record of stock, supplier approval or verified product performance.
Who owns each procurement decision?
Accountability becomes clearer when a buying request distinguishes the desired product from the supplier's proposed answer. The same distinction applies to documents: a requested report and an accepted report are different stages. We keep those stages explicit so a purchase can be reviewed against the final quotation rather than an earlier conversation.
| Requirement | Buyer input | Supplier confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Describe intended channel, dimensions, surface and insert preferences. | Identify the exact mat and controller, construction and operating restrictions. |
| Order | Define variant quantities, receiving location and requested timing. | State MOQ, packaging units, shipping assumptions and exclusions. |
| Evidence | Name the documents and acceptance criteria your reviewer requires. | Supply current, traceable files linked to the offered model and manufacturer. |
| Commercial choice | Approve a budget, preferred service scope and any acceptable compromises. | Return a dated offer with currency, validity and conditions. |
For example, two mats with similar appearance may arrive with different controller functions or carry accessories. A useful enquiry names the complete set. A comparison then marks the difference rather than assuming that one product photograph proves identical contents. This is a procurement scenario, not a customer case or a verified supplier result.
How information becomes decision evidence
| Evidence layer | Status | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer brief | Provided values and open questions recorded together. | Buyer |
| Product-family reference | Question framing only; not evidence for the proposed product. | Independent reviewer |
| Quoted model | Supplier confirmation needed for dimensions, power, controls and materials. | Supplier |
| Acceptance | Written approval attached to the selected quotation revision. | Buyer |
We do not claim factory ownership, authorization or certification through a third-party reference. Any certificate, manual, label or test record needs its own scope check. Professional reviewers decide whether evidence meets the intended market and use. No sourcing statement is a medical recommendation or a promise of a health outcome.
Review our coordination scope, examine the available inquiry options and tell us which questions remain unresolved. A concise, qualified brief is more useful than an unsupported performance claim.
